Heavy Ass Sled Drags

Probably found a new best friend in the weight room. Ive heard of this drill for a few weeks now but havnt implemented it until about 2 weeks ago and I love it.







Forcing forward lean, positive shin angle, toes up and driving hard through each step they are used to help with acceleration and overall power development.

Plus you just feel like a bad ass dragging something 2-3x's your weight.
