It only added 10lbs but damn did those squats wreck my day. I ended up failing on set 7 and 9 this time. I feel like I may need to get back to the original writeup and double check the send of times. 90s send off feels like it may be too short. I used to run this back in the past with 90s rest. Not 90s a set. Total it knocks off about 45s rest and those frigging matter.
Meh...ill stick it out another 2-4 weeks and see what I can work up to.
By the by I ran a set with deadlifts mixed with ribg push ups and those are still ringing in my hamstrings. Got to remember that combo down the road.
