Too many maybe. I had a goal of 100 full turns today but after 70 I realized that was a much tougher goal than I imagined. It's been a long time since I got a workout in with that much volume. Definitely harder on the body as well. Mix that with the 70deg temps I was pretty fatigued pretty quick.
An interesting note was I started off as usual. Throws about the mid 150s. Then a massive drop. I couldnt get over 145 to save my life. But after 50 tosses my distance started going back up. I tweaked a few things and was actually throwing farther than when I started. Despite getting tired I was back to the upper 150 range. Not exactly sure what that tells me yet but its rather interesting.
