Latest training method

It seems theres all kinds of 'methods' coming out lately. So why the hell not? Ill come up with my own as well. The twist is this one is not geared towards powerlifting like all the others. Im tweaking it for athletic development and oly lifts. So crossfitters might get a kick out of this one. Or just everyone outside of the powerlifting circle.

Anyways the skinny of it so far is this- squatting and a hell of a lot of it. It runs 3 week waves and alternates each week the amount of volume and intensity. Also, each day varys pulling and pushing movements. Looks a little like this.

week 1- tuesday / thursday
week 2- Monday, tuesday, thursday, friday
week 3- Monday-Saturday...yes 6 days straight of squatting

rinse and repeat

Results so far after 3 weeks? My squats gone up about 20 pounds. Now I'm calling that 're-newbie' gains in that since I havn't trained much over the early Winter. So now the fun begins. The next 9 weeks I will be testing, tweaking, retesting, and so forth to see if this latest and greatest method to awesomeness works.

Side note- Im not benching at all during this program. My shoulder hates it and honestly Im over it. Never had a great bench and it always seems to do more harm than good. However, ironically, overhead work is fine. So Im sticking with that. Even then its a lot of push press work and jerks.

Still have no idea what Ill name this creation if I really get something going here.
