New Training Method - Update 1/18/13

My legs hurt. Like a lot. Back is sore. Knees and thighs are on fire.

But get this...

I hit 415 for a single about 2 days ago. Today I hit 315x8 with a little left in the tank.

Now those numbers are not great by any means. However, look back 4 weeks ago and 315 for 5 or even 3 would have been tough and forget the fact it was my 5th day straight of squatting.

I'm looking back and rather disappointed I didn't go for more weight or more reps but not much I can do now. I have 1 more damn day of squatting then next week I get a nice week of just 2 days. So time to rest up. Maybe do some heavy core work I've been neglecting. Actually I may test my vertical as well just to see if theres any change there since I havn't done any jump training in quite a while now.
